I consulted Dr. Mridula for a second opinion and even travelled to Bangalore specifically to see her, based on the trust built through my family’s experience with her. My brother had earlier undergone a root canal treatment under her care, and the quality of treatment and overall experience gave us immense confidence in her expertise. An initial consultation elsewhere had suggested a more aggressive surgical approach and even the possibility of tooth removal. Dr. Mridula, however, took considerable time to patiently understand my case, carefully reviewed all my reports, and explained everything in great detail. Most importantly, she suggested a much more thoughtful and conservative approach—and she was able to successfully manage the surgery while saving my tooth, which meant a great deal to me. She coordinated seamlessly with Dr. Vivek, the maxillofacial surgeon, who performed the cyst removal smoothly and professionally. The entire process was handled with precision and calm. Later, the root canal treatment was completed and a crown was placed with excellent care. I would also like to acknowledge Niranjan, the dental assistant, who was extremely supportive, attentive, and reassuring throughout the treatment. What truly stands out is the time, care, and ethical approach Dr. Mridula brings to her practice. She took genuine effort to educate me at every step and helped me navigate what initially felt like a very serious concern with clarity and confidence. Her fees are also very reasonable, especially considering the level of personal attention and expertise she offers. Wishing Dr. Mridula and her entire team continued growth and success.
